Technical Support

Engineering Department is provided in accommodating customers with best technical design and specific type of support in responding to customers’ requests.

After Sales

Wira Derekindo will always be pleased to help you in solving hoist/crane problem or questions that you have at any time through the service system of the design, manufacturing, installation, and after sales service. After each installation, we will ensure to follow up that all hoists and cranes are properly maintained.

System Design: Designs the optimum handling system by analyzing user’s working needs

Maintenance Contract: Skilled technicians periodically inspect in place of customers. Safety inspection is regularly scheduled to maximize productivities and to avoid unnecessary production downtime.

Spare Parts: Sufficient stocks of spare parts are available for customers’ needs to avoid downtime of production.

Workshop Facilities

With its own facility for fabrication of cranes and warehousing in a one-hectare land located in an International Industrial Estate, Wira Derekindo is fully equipped to fabricate various types of customer requirements based on specific requirement for individual factory application. The warehouse is fully equipped to support the logistics for stocks, products, accessories and components varieties.
